What platforms does Clypse support?

YouTube, Vimeo, Skool, Loom, Google Drive, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and direct video/audio file uploads.

How do credits work?

Each clip costs 1 credit. Transcription with Whisper costs 2 credits. Credits reset monthly based on your plan.

What formats are supported for captions?

Captions are burned into the video as styled text with 6 font choices, 6 highlight colors, and adjustable sizes. You can edit captions before they are applied.

How do I upgrade or cancel my plan?

Go to Settings and click "Manage Subscription" to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel through Stripe. Changes take effect immediately.

Can I use Clypse for podcasts or audio files?

Yes. Upload MP3, M4A, WAV, or other audio files. Clypse will transcribe them using Whisper and let you extract clips.
